Roasted cauliflower, cauliflower gnocchi, shredded chicken, fresh thyme, mushrooms and parmesan cheese

Shrimp, tomato, red onion, colantro, lemon juice, a touch of cocktail sauce and fresh grated horseradish

Banana Pancakes

Banana, egg, baking powder, protein powder, vanilla extract
