These bootcamps are group exercise classes that mix traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises while incorporating interval training and strength training. The goal is to challenge your mind and body, to push you outside of your comfort zone and to share the fun, competitive energy with like-minded individuals also striving to create healthy lifestyles for themselves!
