New Client Assessment:
Every NEW client will receive an hour assessment. We will talk about food, you’ll get some quick nutrition tips/tricks and we’ll figure out what your specific goals are. You will also be taught a little bit about the metabolism and fat burning process and muscle building principles. Then you will be taken on the workout floor to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie, while being shown some awesome body alignment exercises using the weight of your own body, primarily focusing on form and technique. Think of it as a doctor’s visit, you will be assessed and given some advice as to what you will need to work on or what you can receive help with. BUT this assessment is not just about Briana assessing you, you will also get to assess Briana’s knowledge, her personality and facility and decide whether or not you would like to continue on this journey with her.

Programs:
All Programs are broken down into three month programs because no trainer can guarantee you results in one month. It takes about three months to build a solid foundation, and remember getting you to your goal is going to be the easy part. Staying at your goal and maintaining a healthy lifestyle once attaining your goal seems to be the majority of people’s biggest challenge. Therefore, after she gets you to your goal, which depending on your goal may take 6-12 months, she will need to teach you how to maintain it. “It is not a sprint, it is a marathon, but it will be a fun one!” The other thing to consider when choosing to commit to a 3 month program is Briana does not believe in DIETS, or cutting things out cold-turkey. It’s all about making life changing decisions in moderation because the reality is, the quicker you take off the weight the harder it is to maintain. Anyone looking to build muscle it takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to put on one pound of muscle and 6-12 months to obtain 10 pounds of muscle, which means it will take 3-6 months to get your metabolism working the way that it should, dependent on how far you are away from your goal.
Purchasing Options:
Two options are Available for purchasing. The first option is to make automatic monthly payments on the, meaning your payments will be automatically drafted on the same day every month on the 1st or the 15th, depending on which day you start. The second option gives you the option to save money and enables you to save 5% on any three month package if you decide to pay upfront in full for the full 3 months. The Paid in full option is a popular option for people who want to save some money and it is also a perfect way to hold yourself accountable to committing to the full term to help guarantee your results. There is no pressure to pay in full as most clients actually prefer to pay monthly which is also a solid commitment.

Don’t live in Clarksville, TN? Are prices a little more than you budgeted for? NO PROBLEM!
Briana Offers Online Coaching Options that give you all the same perks and opportunities; the only difference is you will be training with her via FaceTime or Zoom. Group training of two or three people is also available which will consist of you all training together, however you will all get separate personalized homework, workouts and meal plans. Nutrition Coaching is also an option for those who feel like they are doing the right things in the gym but either need daily accountability coaching to keep you on track with your food, or just a monthly meal plan with weekly check-ins. The final option Briana offers is a monthly training and nutrition plan that she will prepare for you monthly and she will do a 30 minute check-in call once per week.
