Holiday’s are a time of giving, so why not giveaway some pounds for the holiday. What an amazing gift to ourselves! What You’ll Need:

– 2-3# Dumbbells (Optional)
– Loop Bands

BOOTCAMPS INCLUDED:

Tuesday: Lose The Gut, Lift The Butt Bootcamp
Thursday: Celebrate Your Thighs Bootcamp
Saturday: Accelerate Endurance Bootcamp

Workout Schedule:

Monday: Day 1 (Lower Body)
Tuesday: Day 2 (Cardio or Bootcamp)
Wednesday: Day 3 (Upper Body)
Thursday: Day 4 (Cardio or Bootcamp)
Friday: Day 5 (Full Body)
Saturday: Day 6 (Cardio or Bootcamp)
Sunday: Stretch + Rest + Recover

These (3) 30 minute workouts per week will be effective because the body responds more to intensity than it does to the duration of a workout. For this program the goal is to get 30 minutes of exercise 6 days per week. If you are participating in the extra 60-minute bootcamps offered in this program than you will definitely get all the work you need for this holiday season. It should compensate for the extra delicious calories in your calorie bank if we stick to our portion control.
